Our Story
Behaviour Boutique Co. was founded by Sarah Goodman and Lauren McNeil, two Gold Coast-based behaviour support practitioners who share a passion for providing behaviour support that is both evidence-based and genuinely collaborative.
Over time, we noticed a growing trend: While compliance, documentation, and quality safeguards are absolutely essential in Behaviour Support, we felt that the heart of the work (genuine human understanding, empathy, creativity, and meaningful connection) was sometimes getting lost.
We created Behaviour Boutique Co. because we believe Behaviour Support can be both clinically sound and deeply human.
